Custom die cutting is very interesting especially if it is integrated in the brochure itself. For some it involves the use of a big cookie-cutter which is attached to a big backing and then is slammed fast on the paper thus the brochure is then cut into a shape of your desire. This process can take quite a long time to do and very tedious as well. One of the most common things that people do is to cut the brochure in the design of a shape of such industry. Examples could be a hammer for carpentry, plunger for the plumber and so on.

There are also some great ways to cut the brochure. Making it ergonomic is indeed very interesting. One example is to make the brochure or have it cut into something that is easy to handle, locked in your fingers or a design that would be comfortable enough for the clients.

Your imagination is your limit. If die cutting is not your thing then there are a lot of companies out there who would do something to make it all for you and mind you, they would be great innovations into achieving that ROI as fast as possible.
